yes! that other article circulating this week (http://thetrichordist.wordpress.com/2012/06/18/letter-to-emily-white-at-npr-all-songs-considered)… is some self righteous trash. I think it is pretty neat that there is a market (digital files) that can’t be externally controlled. this completely nailed it. that being said, I spend a lot of money on records and I used to buy a lot of CDs before I had modern internet.
